We use NWEA's Measurement of Academic Progress (MAP) standardized testing. MAP is a measure that shows three things: 1) how students are growing academically; 2) how students compare with their peers at the school; and 3) how students compare with other students across the country. NWEA provides a helpful Parent Toolkit that allows parents better understand their students' MAP scores and the benefits of MAP. Listed below are highlights of how we measure up.

  • Our average scores at EVERY grade level are above the National Norm in EVERY area.
  • Our average RIT scores at EVERY grade level, in EVERY area, rank in the 92-99th percentile in comparison with other schools across the nation.
  • Over half of our students' scores were above the 80th percentile.
  • 35% of our students' scores were above the 90th percentile in Math, and 30% of our students' scores were above the 90th percentile in Reading.
